Upon initial contact, I will work out your company's needs and establish an hourly rate that fits the job being performed.

Do you require a retainer or monthly service contract?

No. All services are billable by the hour.

How will I receive help?

The method of consultation is conducted on a case-by-case basis. I am available to consult by phone, screen-sharing, or face to face - whichever is easiest for you and your business.

Can you help me setup Microsoft Office 365?

Yes. I am able to help you with any and all Microsoft Office 365 requirements, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint.

Can you help troubleshoot network issues? What about setup?

Absolutely. I have many years of network configuration and troubleshooting experience, so I am able to help no matter the stage that you're at.
